hey aunt... you don't have to endure a burden yourself. God never meant that for us to be crushed under the weight of the world. Jesus started the 12 apostles to have a community albeit a small one to share each one's burdens, to create accountability in each other, to create support for each other. I don't know what it is you are struggling over, and if no one else does as well, that may be where the problem lies. If there is someone you trust utterly, do it. Trust them to help you.
